How do I get access to the gated documents?

Request access by using the button right top or by openeing a document. Every gated document unlocks after approval by our legal team. You'll reveive email updates when your request was reviewed.

Why do I have to request access to some documents?

The open documents are the ones we are happy to publish to the world. The rest — questionnaires, statements of applicability, continuity plans, penetration test summaries — describe our controls in enough detail that we want to know who is reading them. Signing in gives us an accountable identity, and every download is recorded in an audit log that you can read back on your own account page.

Does Billit share audit and penetration test reports?

Independent security firms test Billit's platform and infrastructure at least once a year, and we undergo yearly internal and external audits. We do not publish the full reports. The executive summary is available here after signing in; if you need more specific evidence for a risk assessment, contact us and we will provide it through controlled channels.
